Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,929 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGPAT5P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, RNA 3'-end processing, and Quinone metabolic process. Each is linked with AGPAT5P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT5P1-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT5P1 results are reported.
