Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGPAT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, MMP2, and TIMM29. Each is linked with AGPAT4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT4-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT4 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
