AGPAT4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,625 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, ARSI, and FAM131B. Each is linked with AGPAT4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT4-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT4 versus LGALS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
