Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGPAT2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGPAT2 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher AGPAT2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGPAT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LGG and PRAD are the cancer types where AGPAT2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
