Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGPAT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGPAT2 data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher AGPAT2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGPAT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LSCC, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where AGPAT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
