AGPAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FPGS, PRRC2B, and ZC2HC1A. Each is linked with AGPAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT2 versus FPGS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
