AGPAT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,185 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDF1, FPGS, and EFHD2. Each is linked with AGPAT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT2 versus EDF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
