AGPAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGPAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGPAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P45, MRPL51P2, and MIR4480. Each is linked with AGPAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGPAT2-to-partner and partner-to-AGPAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P45 grouped by AGPAT2-low versus AGPAT2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGPAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGPAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
