Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,751 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYRK2, HP1BP3, and AKAP9. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO3 versus DYRK2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
