AGO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,861 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA2, SERPINB1, and ERI3. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO3 versus RPA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
