AGO3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,067 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRB, PLSCR4, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO3 versus PDGFRB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
