AGO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by AGO3-low versus AGO3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
