AGO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGO3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,917 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPARD, ATG9A, and PHF20L1. Each is linked with AGO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO3-to-partner and partner-to-AGO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPARD grouped by AGO3-low versus AGO3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
