AGO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUF60, ATAD2, and UTP14A. Each is linked with AGO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO2 versus PUF60 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
