AGO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,603 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK2, EEF1D, and CHRAC1. Each is linked with AGO2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO2 versus PTK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
