AGO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,576 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, VCL_S795, and SEC23B. Each is linked with AGO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO2 versus SCRIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
