AGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,774 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17-C18orf32, CENPU, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with AGO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO2-to-partner and partner-to-AGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17-C18orf32 grouped by AGO2-low versus AGO2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
