Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,741 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, SF3B3, and KHDRBS1. Each is linked with AGO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO1-to-partner and partner-to-AGO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGO1 versus WDR70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
