AGO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3B, MDGA2, and OR2C1. Each is linked with AGO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGO1-to-partner and partner-to-AGO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3B grouped by AGO1-low versus AGO1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
