AGL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, CHKA, and SSRP1. Each is linked with AGL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGL-to-partner and partner-to-AGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by AGL-low versus AGL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
