AGL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 769 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIFAB, DEFB108B, and SPINK4. Each is linked with AGL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGL-to-partner and partner-to-AGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB grouped by AGL-low versus AGL-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
