AGK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPIN1, RHEB, and CUL1. Each is linked with AGK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGK versus REPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
