Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,400 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPIN1, MKRN1, and MRPS33. Each is linked with AGK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGK versus REPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
