AGK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7P1, PES1, and HIRA. Each is linked with AGK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7P1 grouped by AGK-low versus AGK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
