AGK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with AGK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by AGK-low versus AGK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
