Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,728 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with AGK in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.
