AGK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,229 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKRN2, HOXB5, and KLHL8. Each is linked with AGK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGK-to-partner and partner-to-AGK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MKRN2 grouped by AGK-low versus AGK-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGK→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
