The most reproducible AGGF1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell projection assembly, Cell maturation, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with AGGF1P9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P9-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P9 results are reported.
