Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGGF1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGGF1P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher AGGF1P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGGF1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, KIRC, and PAAD are the cancer types where AGGF1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
