Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,294 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGGF1P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle localization, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with AGGF1P6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1P6-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1P6 results are reported.
