Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGGF1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGGF1P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher AGGF1P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGGF1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, CESC, and THYM are the cancer types where AGGF1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
