Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGGF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP14, UBN1, and RPTOR. Each is linked with AGGF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGGF1-to-partner and partner-to-AGGF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGGF1 versus DUSP14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
