AGFG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,553 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, PABPN1, and ATP5PF. Each is linked with AGFG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG1-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGFG1 versus CLASP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGFG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGFG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
