AGFG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC2, BTK, and SURF2. Each is linked with AGFG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG1-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGFG1 versus ARPC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGFG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGFG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
