AGFG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGFG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGFG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, Shc_pY317, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with AGFG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGFG1-to-partner and partner-to-AGFG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by AGFG1-low versus AGFG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGFG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGFG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
