AGBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBSPON, A1BG, and ASPA. Each is linked with AGBL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGBL1-to-partner and partner-to-AGBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGBL1 versus SBSPON in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
