Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with AGAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by AGAP5-low versus AGAP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
