AGAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,003 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGRRF1, INVS, and EDEM1. Each is linked with AGAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP3-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CGRRF1 grouped by AGAP3-low versus AGAP3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
