AGAP13P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP13P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP13P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with AGAP13P in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP13P-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP13P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by AGAP13P-low versus AGAP13P-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP13P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP13P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
