Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGAP13P data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher AGAP13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and HNSC are the cancer types where AGAP13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
