Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP12P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AGAP12P data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher AGAP12P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP12P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where AGAP12P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
