AGAP12P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP12P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP12P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with AGAP12P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP12P-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP12P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by AGAP12P-low versus AGAP12P-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP12P→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP12P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
