AGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,120 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSD1, RNF169, and C2CD3. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP1 versus NSD1 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
