AGAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,787 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGAP1_S521, WAS, and DEF6. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP1 versus AGAP1_S521 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
