AGAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK8IP1, PTPN7, and MCOLN2. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AGAP1 versus MAPK8IP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
