AGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, ATM, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by AGAP1-low versus AGAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
