Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,975 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AGAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of modification of postsynaptic structure, Regulation of modification of synaptic structure, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.
