AGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 294 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, CYB5D1, and TIFAB. Each is linked with AGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F4 grouped by AGAP1-low versus AGAP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
