Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AGAP1-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AGAP1-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher AGAP1-IT1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AGAP1-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and MESO show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where AGAP1-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
