Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AFP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,853 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AFP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASRP, ZBTB14, and C1GALT1. Each is linked with AFP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AFP-to-partner and partner-to-AFP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AFP versus CLASRP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.19.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
